We will explore poses that strengthen the core, hips, and legs for power and stability, alongside stretches for the hamstrings, hip flexors, and shoulders to improve glide. Learn how to cultivate better balance and endurance on the snow through mindful movement and leave with poses you can practice pre- and post- ski.
