Hello! I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a wife, mama to twin girls, and currently expecting our third girl who is due this fall. We moved to Bayfield in 2023 to be closer to my sister, and have loved settling into this gorgeous place. I took over the yoga studio space in April of 2025, and we officially opened as Moss & Stone Yoga in June.
I’ve been practicing yoga in some capacity since 2015. I lost my job during the pandemic and decided that it was finally the right time to take my Yoga Teacher Training. I did my 200hr training through Green Lotus in the twin cities and completed the certification in 2021. I also completed my Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training through Blooma in Minneapolis in 2023/2024.
I love creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and honored in their yoga journey.

I’m a wife and mama of two kids. I love the outdoors. And I spend most Saturdays juggling yoga classes and cheering for my kids from the sidelines of [you name it] sporting events.
My holistic health journey began in Sante Fe when I took my first yoga class in a church basement. It's here I started to gain a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and went on to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training. I got the honor of learning from Tias and Surya Little at Prajna Yoga. Blending Iyengar, Ashtanga, SATYA work, and a huge love of anatomy I bring a dynamic, safe, and educational practice to all my students. My classses are taught from an ALL levels approach, with props, hands on assistance, and to be honest…lots of smiles and fun too!

Christine has been on her yoga journey for 20 years. It all started with a power vinyasa yoga class. The instructor, Richard, made yoga fun with cool transitions and flows all while listening to the Grateful Dead, which is her favorite band of all time. She was hooked, instantly. She practiced on and off for years and always desired to become a yoga teacher, but with two little kiddos she could never find the time to attend an in person training. When Covid hit, yoga schools began to offer online courses so it was the perfect time for Christine to get her 200h yoga teacher training through Drishti Beats Yoga School. She is currently enrolled in their 300h yoga teacher training. They mix two of her favorite things, yoga and music.
Christine is a yoga enthusiast, foodie, nature lover, and seeker of fun and adventurous things. She believes yoga is a healing, strengthening, calming, and empowering practice that offers something for everybody, regardless of age, gender, race, size, shape, background, and fitness level! She loves creating beautiful and mindful yoga flows and classes that will assist you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. She will meet you where you are at in your practice using props and modifications as needed. Her mat is where she finds her peace and healing. She likes to call it her “magic carpet.” She’d love to share the magic of yoga with you!
