slow flow

A hatha based class that moves a little slower than a typical vinyasa class. We still work on the connection with breath as we move through our asana practice, but we let our bodies sit a little longer in each pose. This gives you the opportunity to adjust and really feel the posture in your body before moving on to the next pose.

mindful movement

Mindful Movement offers a balanced mind–body practice that blends elements of hatha and vinyasa. The class moves at an intentional pace with space to explore transitions, refine alignment, and feel present in each posture. This medium intensity class supports strength, mobility, and balance while keeping breath and awareness at its center. An accessible offering designed to leave you feeling grounded yet energized.

yin

Yin is designed to cultivate stillness and deep relaxation in both body and mind. The class focuses on long-held postures with the support of props that will target the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and joint health. Embrace your journey inward and discover the transformative power of stillness. This class is suitable for all levels.

*Yin is a great addition to established practices like vinyasa, strength training, and running as it’s all about finding that perfect balance between yin and yang energies.

slow flow & meditation

This class is a combination of our slow flow class and guided mediation. Class typically consists of 45 minutes of an asana practice followed by 15 minutes of a guided meditation that flows into your savasana.

*Meditation promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being. This ancient technique encourages personal reflection and connection to the present moment, helping practitioners to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and calm. Meditation offers a pathway to inner peace and improved mental clarity, making it an essential practice for anyone seeking balance in our busy world.

subtle to strong

Discovering your subtle body allows you to tune into and amplify your strong body. In this practice we will explore slow and subtle floor work in order to take a deeper look at the subtle tissues, transitioning fluidly into movement that will incorporate strength and mobility work.

prenatal yoga

Prenatal classes are designed specifically for expecting mothers. Each class is thoughtfully structured to accommodate the unique needs of pregnant bodies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Classes offer a blend of gentle stretching, strengthening poses, and breathing techniques tailored for all stages of pregnancy. We will provide modifications suited for different levels of comfort and ability, enabling each student to practice at her own pace.

This class emphasizes both physical and emotional well-being. We incorporate mindfulness practices and relaxation techniques to help manage stress and promote a sense of connection with your baby (or babies!). We will start each class with  community-building, encouraging mothers to share their experiences and support one another.

yoga for cross country skiers with lindsay

Join instructor Lindsay Larson for a 60-minute yoga workshop specifically designed for cross-county skiers. We will explore poses that strengthen the core, hips, and legs for power and stability, alongside stretches for the hamstrings, hip flexors, and shoulders to improve glide. Learn how to cultivate better balance and endurance on the snow through mindful movement and leave with poses you can practice pre- and post- ski.
